The customer service is great- the light/fan we ordered was defective and we didn’t realize until months later when it was finally time to install during our remodel. So many amazing options on lighting and home decor. You could find a piece for any style from contemporary to chic to boho or glam. Employees were all helpful and willing to go the extra mile and answer any question. Delivery can be steep depending on location but you can easily pick up from their store as well and not pay for delivery. Though I believe that is only for smaller items. Definitely a great store
